Registration Fees
The registration fee includes admission to all conference
events, a copy of the proceedings CD, local transportation, conference dinner, all
coffee breaks and refreshments.
At least one author per paper must register and pay
the full registration fee (at the non-student rate) according to the following
schedule:

To register for the conference, please complete the registration form and remit
the payment (as indicated therein) (pdf form,

form).
Please complete the IEEE Copyright
form and upload it together with your camera-ready submission. (pdf form,
doc form).

Important for Authors
To Ensure that your paper is indexed into IEEE Xplore,
you MUST have it formatted in an Xplore-Compatible PDF format. Use the link:
http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp
and proceed thereon to either check
whether the formatting of your PDF file is OK; otherwise, you can upload your source
file (word file, word perfect, etc) and IEEE support will convert it for you according
to the required format. To use the link above, make sure you enter our conference
ID as ssd08x. You may need to create your own account as well. Make
sure you UPLOAD your PDF file again onto
www.edas.info
once the formatting
is taken care of. Thank you!
