Electronic Submission:

     Steps for paper submission to SSD’08 tracks:

1. You need to create an account at EDAS (http://www.edas.info). Account creation as well as the paper submission process is free.
2. Once you login, you click on the “Submit Paper” tab to view the conferences listed.
3. Search for “SSD’08” and click on the icon for paper submission (to the far right of your screen).
4. You need to choose a track within the conference, i.e. “International Conference on Communications and Signal Processing”, then you need to Enter the “Paper Title”, and a maximum of 200 words abstract without any symbols or equations for this conference. Do not forget to choose on the “add yourself as author”. Finally on this first page, you need to choose the category of your paper.
5. Now your paper has been entered into the database, after this you can Add Authors, Affiliations and upload the manuscript.
6. ONLY PDF manuscript types are accepted. Please use the Author kits provided on the conference website before you submit your paper for review.
7. Your file size should not exceed 3MB.

The SSD08 paper submission and review processes will be entirely electronic and will be conducted on-line as described below: Full-Paper Submissions: Authors who wish to participate in the conference need to register with the on-line submission system and then use it to submit their full-papers. This submission must be completed on or before the "submission of full-papers" deadline listed.  Final Papers: Authors of accepted papers will prepare a final version of their paper and will submit it using the on-line submission system. This version of the paper will be substantially the same as the accepted paper but will take into account reviewers' comments. The final paper must be completed and submitted on or before the "submission of final version of paper" deadline listed below. Format To make the review process easy for reviewers, and to assure that papers are readable through the on-line review system, authors are asked to submit papers that are formatted according to the instructions given below. Submitted Papers formatting is identical to final paper formatting. Papers not conforming with the required format will be rejected without review. Similarly, final papers not conforming with the required format will not appear in the proceedings.     Instructions Authors are required to complete the procedures in the following list before the specified deadlines.
