The 23rd International Conference on Feminist Discourse in the Arab World - April 23-25, 2018
Today, Feminism is one of the most important fronts of intellectualism in general and cultural critique in particular. In line of this the Organizing Committee, taking the recommendations of the participants of Philadelphia’s 22nd conference into consideration has decided to focus on studying women as actors and generators of cultural discourse, as opposed to studying them as mere recipients of it. Accordingly, we intend to hold the 23rd conference under the theme (Feminist Discourse in the Arab World), between 23-25 April 2019, and invite submission of papers focusing on the following topics:
