There is a special section in the University’s library for legal topics in Arabic, English and French. It includes thousands of up to date legal books covering the different areas of the Law, in addition to magazines and periodicals issued by a number of Law faculties in international universities, not to mention the ones issued by some local as well as international legal organizations.
The law library contains an extensive number of legal references and resources
including about 4799 books in the following legal branches: civil law, commercial
law, constitutional law, administrative law, international law, public finance,
personal statutes and others; apart from 24 periodicals and more than 341 hard-
cover periodicals.
The library classifies its collections according to the Dewy Decimal Classification Scheme, in which Law books are distributed around the following main branches ranging from 340-349 as follows:
