Procedures of Transferring from One Department to another at the University |

First
The transfer applications are given to the Admission and Registration Department at the start of the first or second semester; these applications are considered according to the following conditions:
- the student has not t been dismissed from the department that he wants to transfer to
- the student’s Tawjihi average is within the accepted range at the department hat he /she wants to transfer to; in the year he/she was accepted at the university.
- The department that he/she wants to transfer to has a vacancy.
Second
- When the student is transferred to another department, he is allowed to choose modules he/she has already studied at the previous department, to be considered within the plan of the new department, and these modules are considered in the accumulative average.
Also, it is allowed for the transferred student to ask the Dean of his new department not to consider his previous academic register and to start as a new student.
