| Mechatronics Engineering-Overview |
A new discipline that combines
mechanical, electronic, and computer
engineering in order to study modern
apparatus and flexible production systems
that depend on artificial intelligence.
Mechatronics ,in general, deals with the
application of integrated electronics in
mechanical systems such as industrial
robotics; flexible-manufacturing systems,
which can be programmed to obtain specially
ordered products. Study in this field
provides the basis for the analysis and
design of electromechanical systems
controlled by computers, and the maintenance of
sophisticated apparatus and automated
production lines.
