Welcome to the Department of Computer Engineering.

To cope with the increasing demands for specializing in computer engineering, Philadelphia University has established the Department of Computer Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering in November of 1994. The department grants a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (160 credit hours). Currently, the Department has 11 teaching members and 7 lab supervisors. By 2008 a total of 204 students are enrolled in our department.

Our department is admitted to graduating highly qualified engineers by providing all the needed means, from highly qualified member staff to well equipped labs with the state-of-art technologies.

Our program is designed to weapon our students with the theoretical and practical background and to sharpen their research skills which will guarantee them the pioneering positions in their career life.

The Department curriculum is continuously evolving to ensure that it will always reflect the latest market needs and prepare our students to the challenges they will face in their work life.
