 Quality Assurance is a process driven by the need for accountability. It relates inputs to outputs, and aims at improving the impact of outputs on all stakeholders. Quality Assurance holds the academic institution accountable to: Ø The government and/or owners of the institution as regards investment and funding.
Ø The students and their parents as regards the quality of academic and professional training.
Ø The society and the nation as regards building the nation's human capacity, and contributing to the general welfare of society.
Ø The university's faculty and personnel as regards career development.
The University true mission believes in delivering high quality and internationally recognized programs. In order to achieve this, the University is creating a mechanism, which is in full harmony with its all different parts to enable produce quality through adopting an effective and applicable system, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The Quality Accreditation and Assurance Office (QAAO) is responsible for the development, implementation, and operation and monitoring of the University's procedures for the approval and ongoing evaluation of its undergraduate programmes, whether delivered to the HFE, or in collaboration with other institutions, either within the United Kingdom or overseas. The QAAO is also responsible for coordinating a number of activities designed to both ensure and enhance the quality of the University's provision.
