Philadelphia University offers two programs leading to the master's degree in the following specialization:

Ø     Computer Science.
Ø     English language and Literature.

Student enrollment at these programs is as follows:

Ø     English language and Literature = 35 students.
Ø     Computer science = 15 students.

These figures represent the ceiling. Both programs have been launched since the first semester of the academic year 2005/2006. The majority of the students opted for the dissertation track which indicates a promising research output in the years to come.

Some M.A. students in both specializations defended their dissertations. Accordingly, (13) students graduated in the Master's Degree in English Language and Literature, (2) dissertation track and (11) comprehensive exam track. On the other hand, (10) students graduated in the Master's Degree in Computer Science. All of them were in the dissertation track. It is expected that more students will graduate soon.   

Members of the Defense Committee were given (J.D.70) each as remuneration.
