The Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics program at Philadelphia University has been accredited by the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (AQACHEI) for the academic year 2020/2021 under the Faculty of Science.

The Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics awards students with a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics through its four-year study program.

Students will spend an entire semester of practical training in their fourth year, where they will practice clinical nutrition skills, follow up on various diseases, as well as plan and organize diet programs for both healthy people and those with medical conditions, be it for individuals or communities in hospitals, health centers, and schools.

This program aims to provide dietetic professionals with the right methods, implementation and interpretation of nutritional science.

It will also prepare dietitians as health care providers, in both communal and private practice settings.

Within the context of this broad aim, the program is designed to prepare students for their future careers as graduates equipped with in-depth, evidence-based knowledge and intellectual skills in Clinical Nutrition, as well as to encourage the development of autonomous, advanced dietetics practitioners and researchers.
