Definition of Electronic Learning
Electronic learning is one of the methods of distance learning. It can be defined as "a method of learning by using communications techniques and modern technology, such as computer and its networks, multi- media and internet in order to transmit information to learners in sight and sound from any place at a lower cost but of high quality in a way that enables the management of teaching operation to have it under control and to measure and evaluate the learners' performance.
