Rabia H. Haddad, RN, MSN, CNS-PMHN, PhD: is a dedicated advanced nursing professional and dynamic researcher committed to advancing psychiatric-mental health nursing practice through evidence-based research and education. Where his research focused on the psychosocial variables influencing the self-management and coping abilities of adults diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. His scholarly interests center on exploring the factors that enhance patients’ adaptation, resilience, and quality of life, as well as developing and evaluating tailored interventions that promote recovery and mental well-being. With a strong commitment to integrating research into clinical practice, Dr. Haddad continues to foster the research capacity of nursing students and professionals in both academic and healthcare settings. His work aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ultimately improving the standards of mental health care and advancing the nursing profession in Jordan and beyond. He earned his Master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from the University of Jordan in 2016 and obtained national certification as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Specialist (CNS-PMHN) from the Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) in 2021. Dr. Haddad recently completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing at the University of Jordan in 2024.
