  • Proficient in various biotechnology related software for DNA/protein sequence comparisons and use of databases for protein structure prediction and analysis.

Familiar with most molecular techniques including extraction of RNA and DNA from bone, blood, bacteria and plant samples, Preparing agarose and Formaldehyde gel for DNA and RNA electrophoresis, conventional PCR, Reverse transcriptase PCR and real time PCR, Biochemistry Assays including Proteins, Carbohydrates, amino acids and Lipid.
