MISSION OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE

The mission of the Faculty of Science is to create and impart knowledge in basic and applied natural sciences to society and to our students through training, research and extension services for sustainable academic and society development. The Faculty continues to support the science-based disciplines by providing training and services in the relevant basic sciences. In addition, our mission is to offer courses in different specialties, which include modern subjects and helping students to mold their personalities.

OBJECTIVES OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE

  • To produce graduates of high quality students to meet market requirements.
  • To provide excellent courses, innovative curricula and learning environments.
  • To expand interdisciplinary activities.
  • To excel in teaching service courses.
  • To provide state-of-the-art resources for research.
  • To exceed the accreditation criteria & the Quality Assurance of teaching requirements.
  • To provide professional support and consultation for high school science teachers throughout the country.
  • To encourage faculty, students and staff to share their knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm for science with the local and national communities.
  • To exceed the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and to fulfil the private accreditation for our departments.
