Amal Alnabelsi is a faculty member in the Department of Hospital Management at the Faculty of Business at Philadelphia University. She holds a Masters Degree in Health Care Management and Quality from Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating with Distinction and a GPA of 4.17/4.3 (approximately 97%). She also earned her Bachelors Degree in Health Management and Policy from the same university, graduating with Distinction with a GPA of 4.12/4.2 (approximately 98%), and ranked first in her class.

She was awarded the Top Student Class Scholarship, which enabled her to continue directly into her Masters degree. She chose to pursue her graduate studies immediately after completing her Bachelors degree due to her strong passion for her field and her desire to deepen her knowledge in healthcare management and quality. Her goal was to further develop her research and academic competencies in preparation for future teaching and research roles.

During her Masters studies, she gained valuable experience as a teaching assistant, where she provided academic support to students and assisted in course delivery. She also played an integral role in the departments voluntary team, contributing to the organization and delivery of numerous educational lectures, preparing study materials and summaries, and planning and managing academic events.

Her academic and professional interests include healthcare quality, operational efficiency, healthcare architecture, and excellence and innovation in teaching methodologies. She is proficient in advanced data analysis tools, including IBM SPSS and Minitab. Her Masters thesis focused on the operational efficiency of healthcare facilities, reflecting her commitment to enhancing healthcare system performance. She is fluent in both English and Arabic and remains dedicated to continuous professional development, academic engagement, and voluntary initiatives.

Ms. Amal Alnabelsi served a key role in the Health Management and Policy Dept. volunteer team (HPM Team) at JUST. She was both a Team Leader and active Team Member of the HPM Volunteer Team from 2019 to 2023.

As Team Leader for four years, she oversaw the organization and delivery of educational lectures, prepared study materials and summaries for students, and coordinated academic events, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
