- Capquest Group Ltd. - Arrow Global Group Plc., Aug 2015 - Aug 2017, Telecom/VoIP Specialist:
Second and third-line support in a business-critical system operating over 400 users. Implementing, documenting, managing and supporting, VoIP-based telephony infrastructure for call centre agents and back-office business users. The telephony infrastructure utilised Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP). The platform was the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and Predictive Outbound Dialler, an enormous solution, manufactured by Genesys, formerly Interactive Intelligence (ININ). Other sub-products and plug-ins: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Attendant, Recorder, Speech Analyzer. Ensuring that the delivered services were compliant with UK regulations such as PCI-DSS, OFCOM and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- University of South Wales, Feb 2015 - June 2015, Research Fellow:
Part-time temporal contract at the Centre of Excellence in Mobile Applications and Services (CEMAS). Researching security issues, particularly DoS attacks in the mission critical systems over IMS/SIP, and DoS attacks in the cloud. Also assisting in supervising junior PhD students at the centre.
