Dr. Atef Raoush is an Associate Professor of Hospital Management at the Faculty of Business, Philadelphia University. He holds a Ph.D. in Hospital Management with a specialization in Total Quality Management (TQM) in Healthcare. With over 10 years of experience in teaching and research, and 15 years in hospital management and quality, he is dedicated to advancing healthcare education and administration.
Dr. Raoush specializes in developing, evaluating, and enhancing academic programs in Hospital and Healthcare Management. He has led the design of curricula for Bachelor’s programs in Hospital Management and developed learning outcome matrices to align with industry standards.
His expertise extends to healthcare quality management, accreditation programs, and hospital planning, ensuring that healthcare institutions operate at the highest level of excellence. Passionate about shaping the future of healthcare leadership, Dr. Raoush works to bridge the gap between academia and real-world hospital management.
