Author: Maha Mohammed Wahbi Atout, Published Year: 2025
Nursing forum , 2025
Faculty: Nursing
Abstract: Background: Since academic dishonesty compromises academic integrity (AI) and learning quality worldwide, it is essential tounderstand the frequency of this behavior among Jordanian students, as well as its contributing causes, to design efectivepreventive strategies. Tis study aimed to examine academic dishonesty from the perspective of Jordanian higher educationstudents and to evaluate the infuence of specifc demographic factors on academic dishonesty. Methods: A cross-sectional study collected data from 301 undergraduate and postgraduate students in governmental and privateuniversities across a range of specialties in Jordan. An online self-report questionnaire that included an engagement in academicdishonesty (EAD) survey was used for this purpose. A Kruskal–Wallis t-test was conducted to examine diferences in students’perceptions of academic dishonesty according to demographic characteristics. Te Pearson r value was used to examine anycorrelations between age and academic dishonesty. Results: Among 301 participants, the average age score for university students’ EAD was moderately low, 2.27 (standarddeviation 0.76). Te results also revealed statistically signifcant diferences in students’ EAD scores in relation to the level ofacademic degree they were studying χ2 (2) 6.99, p 0.03, their academic major χ2 (2) 6.93, p 0.03, their desire to take upa particular specialty (t [61.01] −2.53, p 0.014), their knowledge of the university’s instructions on fraud and plagiarism (t[156.59] −2.97, p 0.003), having received previous punishment for fraud or plagiarism at university (t [13.66] 4.97,p < 0.001), and their ages (r [300] −0.146, p 0.011). No signifcant diferences were found between EAD scores with respect toacademic year, university type, or current GPA.Conclusion: It is essential for universities to increase students’ awareness of what constitutes fraud and plagiarism and to cultivatea culture of AI. Prevention measures for academic dishonesty should also consider all the variables linked to dishonesty identifedin this study. Further research is, however, necessary to thoroughly comprehend the fundamental causes of academic breakdownto propose culturally suitable solutions

Author: Rabia Hani Amin Haddad, Published Year: 2025
Nursing Forum, Volume 2025, Issue 1
Faculty: Nursing
Abstract:
Abstract
Background
Polycystic ovary syndrome is linked to hormonal imbalances and adverse effects on cosmetic, reproductive, metabolic, and psychological aspects that affect quality of life.
Aim
This research aimed to evaluate the influence of changing lifestyle using the 5A’s model on mental health issues and life quality in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Design and Methods
A quasiexperimental research design (one group, “pre–posttest”). The present research was conducted at the obstetrics and gynecological outpatient clinic at Tanta University Hospitals in Gharbia Governorate, Egypt. A purposive sample of 68 women medically diagnosed with PCOS. Five tools were used as follows: a structured self-administered questionnaire, Mental Health Issues Assessment Tools, Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile-II, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Health-Related Quality of Life Questionnaire, and Satisfaction with Life Scale).
Results
There are statistically significant differences between the average scores regarding the women’s total body mass index, total anxiety score, total depression score, and total self-esteem score at preimplementation of the 5A’s model and 1- and 3-month postimplementation. Also, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores regarding the women’s total health-promoting lifestyle behaviors and health-related quality of life at preimplementation of the 5A’s model and 1- and 3-month postimplementation. Moreover, there was a statistically significant difference among mean scores regarding all items of women’s satisfaction with life at preimplementation of the 5A’s model and at 1- and 3-month postimplementation.
Conclusion
The implementation of the 5A’s model was effective in improving mental health issues, health-promoting lifestyle behaviors, and health-related quality of life and raising satisfaction with life among women with PCOS.
Recommendation
Every woman with a medical diagnosis of PCOS must be provided with printed material, such as booklets and brochures, that include lifestyle recommendations based on the 5A’s model.

Research Title: Mediating Role of e-Trust on the Relationship between Visual Social Media Marketing and Purchase Intention in Jordan
Author: Mohammad Assad Mohammad Hasan, Published Year: 2025
International Review of Management and Marketing, 15
Faculty: Business
Abstract: Jordanian real estate companies are currently dealing with difficult marketing conditions as the environment is becoming more competitive. The effect of visual social media marketing (VSMM) on customer purchase intention involving Jordanian real estate companies, was examined in this study, considering the mediating role of e-Trust. The Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and Trust Model guided the development of the research framework. The research used quantitative survey techniques. A purposive sampling strategy was used in sample selection and online questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms on social media platforms. The link to the questionnaire was shared in social media groups related to Jordan’s real estate sector, resulting in 250 valid responses. To analyse the data and assess the hypotheses, partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLSSEM) was used. The findings provide empirical evidence of the influence of VSMM and e-Trust on purchase intention. Additionally, the relationship between VSMM and purchase intention was mediated by e-Trust. This study theoretically fills gaps in the literature by integrating ELM and the Trust Model. Practically, the results of this study assist real estate companies in developing strategies to enhance purchases among potential customers. The results suggested that managers in the real estate companies need to focus on building e-Trust and VSMM.

Abstract: The modern real estate industry, including real estate market in Jordan, is highly competitive and challenging. This descriptive study aims to examine the effect of visual social media marketing (VSMM) on customer purchase intentions of Jordanian real estate companies. The paper used electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) as a mediator and reliability as a moderator of the relationship between e-WOM and customers’ purchase intention. A conceptual model comprised VSMM dimensions (informative content, entertainment content, and remunerative content), which affect the purchase intention of customers, mediated by thee WOM construct. The construct of reliability moderated the link between e-WOM and purchase intention. Questionnaires were distributed through Google Forms to respondents selected by convenience sampling; as a result, 250 responses were received. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data …
