To be successful, e-learning needs to be based on the following equipment:
- Technological infrastructure, servers, high-capacity devices, special software such as e-learning management systems (LMS, LCMS, and CMS), and high- speed internet.
- Personnel: technicians to run the system, design and produce materials, and other special training courses to instructors and students.
