Pharmacy students at Philadelphia visit the Dar Al Dawa factory for development

Based on the vision of Philadelphia University and the College of Pharmacy specifically to link theoretical sciences with practical applied aspects, a group of college students visited the Dar Al Dawa Development Factory in Amman, under the supervision of the Alaa Adnan and pharmaceutical school Rania Abdo, and this visit aimed at enhancing students' knowledge and skills in the pharmaceutical industry. The students went inside the factory to learn about the production steps and internal departments of the factory and how to manufacture pharmaceutical forms. As constructive discussions took place between students and stakeholders in the factory, what was reflected on the students' experience and their scientific and research prospects, and the importance of this visit was emphasized to link the academic side with the work and encourage students to employ the theoretical academic aspect in the real world of practical life through investing their skills and capabilities to find solutions to a number of issues and challenges Facing the pharmacy sector. At the end of the visit, the University of Philadelphia, represented by students and the College of Pharmacy, thanked the factory management and its employees for their good reception, hoping for further progress and development.
