Application of the regulations and laws objectively and with utmost transparency.

Setting objective and transparent criteria for selecting leading administrators and appointing academic staff.

Reinforcing the Quality Assurance (QA) monitoring schemes for both academic and administrative staff.

Developing finance and accounting systems to meet local, regional and international standards.

Enhancing relationships between the University on the one hand and academic institutions, Arab and international organizations on the other hand.
Objectives
The University aims to qualitatively develop its staff, each in his/her field. Further, the University will define strategic development priorities, strategic development of human recourses and qualified cadres to contribute towards developing the local community.
Developing competence and efficiency

The University will go ahead with qualifying its staff by means of holding specialized workshops dealing with new developments in the field of academia, methods of teaching, and administration.

The University will continue developing its technological infrastructure to enable personnel to familiarize themselves with the most recent developments in their fields of specialization and work.
Planning and management
The University will work towards improving administrative and academic work by reducing bureaucratic measures and realizing mutual responsibility by means of:
