The Behavioral Guidance Office provides psychological, educational, and consulting services to university students. Its primary aim is to help students develop the skills needed to address personal challenges, understand themselves better, and enhance their ability to handle academic and social situations effectively. These efforts contribute to improving students' adaptability and mental well-being, which positively reflects on their academic performance and interpersonal relationships.

The office offers its services through individual and group psychological sessions, lectures, and awareness and educational seminars, including the following:
- Providing counseling and specialized psychological support through one-on-one interviews and group guidance sessions.
- Studying behavioral and social issues within the university environment and identifying their causes and solutions.
- Supporting students with low academic performance by diagnosing causes, designing improvement plans, and assigning follow-up responsibilities.
- Engaging with the local community through school visits to offer academic and career guidance.
- Organizing educational and psychological lectures and seminars for both students and faculty.
- Collaborating with specialized institutions to present training sessions and seminars aimed at enhancing students' social and psychological awareness.
- Assisting students referred from faculties for behavioral concerns by developing individualized intervention and correction plans.

🕐 Working Hours
The office is open daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Students can schedule appointments by visiting the office directly, and appointments are arranged according to their class schedules.
📞 How to Access Services
All university students are welcome to benefit from the guidance office's services. Appointments can be made by:
- Visiting the office directly, or
- Requesting through the secretary of the Dean's Office by filling out a booking form.
The department will contact students as soon as possible to confirm appointment details. All cases and requests are treated with complete confidentiality.
