A student is allowed to transfer from other universities to Philadelphia University provided that:

The university transferred from is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan.

Clean Disciplinary Record
A student is not recorded for any disciplinary punishment.
✓
Regular Study System
The system of study in the previous institution is on regular basis.
