Study and identify training needs for faculty members and administrative staff at the university, in cooperation and coordination with relevant entities inside and outside the university.
Prepare specialized training programs with various training entities and submit them to the relevant university authorities for approval.
Develop proposed plans for necessary training programs and their regulations, to provide training opportunities for university affiliates in various fields in light of relevant regulations and actual training needs, and submit them to the university's senior management and coordinate with all training-related entities inside and outside the university within the scope of their responsibilities.
Supervise and monitor the implementation of training plans and programs after their approval by the relevant authority.
Approve the nomination of employees for training programs and provide the university's senior management with periodic reports on employee training.
Continuously evaluate implemented programs and measure and analyze learning outcomes in alignment with the Center's stated objectives.
Study regulations and systems related to job performance management and submit recommendations for their approval to the university's senior management.
Simplify work procedures at the university, design and develop forms used, and prepare and update procedures related to the Center's work.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees and lecturers at the Center, prepare reports in this regard, and submit them to the relevant authorities.
Establish an information system through which all information that helps the Center perform its tasks is collected, classified, and stored.
Prepare the Center's annual budget proposal and submit it to the university's senior management.
Prepare an annual report on the Center's achievements and submit it to the university's senior authorities.
Any other tasks assigned to the Center within its scope of competence.
