Vision

For the department to excel in teaching and learning humanities fundamentals according to approved scientific and academic standards — through in-person, online, and blended lectures — while serving the community and encouraging scientific research to meet the needs of university students and local, regional, and global communities.

Mission

  • Develop students' fundamental humanities knowledge and skills using modern teaching methods through in-person, online, and blended learning modes — serving as a support hub for faculties in preparing graduates equipped with knowledge, skills, and values, with local, regional, and international presence, motivated for lifelong learning, and capable of meeting the demands of the age.
  • Advance scientific research and postgraduate studies, and stimulate fundamental humanities creativity programs in accordance with international standards.
  • Build productive partnerships with the community locally and internationally.
