- Two roll-ups on the contest exhibited in several places to urge students to participate. (Appendix I)

- Poster advertised in all faculties calling students to participate in the contest. (Appendix III)
- Advertisement uploaded on the front-page of university website, WhatsApp, Facebook, and social media calling students to participate in the contest. (Appendix IV)
- Advertisement distributed on the front-page of university website, Facebook, and social media calling the public and students from other universities to participate in the contest. (Appendix V)
- Scheduled meetings with interested students, conducted by Prof. Isam Al-Fuqaha’ and Dr. Amro Al-Said Ahmad, to illustrate the idea of the contest for them. (Appendix VI)
